My Battery was letting me done more then too often. ( Jan 2000 model car )

I got hold of one of these babies, works a treat..

One important factor.... It FITS like a glove, using the standard location, original clamps to hold it down, and also the original Battery terminals.

Very nice, as later on, it will also be an improvement to my big stereo system.

The Battery is black with a blue frame and sticker.

Will post a picture for peops to see.

I could possible source these if people are interested in a Group buy.. But they are rather heavy.

how much did this Battery set you back?

also how does it compare with a yellow optima, as i have had my red top for a few years and it is getting a bit old now.

Eats up the Yellow top... We sell those too.. So I went for the better one.

I know a particular car audio dealer who has 6 yellow tops in a demo van all been changed twice, now they have the Exide 900's no probs at all... Very simular technology though.

Steve, is the Exide 900 Cca Spiral Cell Battery same as the Exide Maxxima 900DC deep cycle Battery? or are they different?

Sorry Maz, my silly billy mistake...

I have the DC Battery, yes there is a difference as the DC one can hadle a greater percentage of discharge cycles and reinstate full charge capability thereafter.
