Hi Garry and welcome to the LOC.

I’ve never had one fitted to my LS400 as they are factory stainless as standard.

Stainless steel tends to be noisier than mild due to the material used, I’ve seen custom “cat back” systems on ebay for around £400.00  for other Lexus V8 models but no idea on quality or location.

Pretty sure other members will chip in with more info.

HI Garry,

All depends on what it is you exactly require.

Do you need an aftermarket bolt on or are you happy to take it to your local exhaust fabricator? Is it a full header-back, cat-back or just a muffler delete?

£320 for two muffler replacements and new tips in Newport South Wales, here's how it looks:

From the dual cats back with new flanges, optional 3rd cat delete, Y merge pipe, or X pipe, 2 resonators and a rear silencer -  budget around £700. To add headers, allow at least another £2000 to supply/fabricate and fit.
