When i move off i am getting a creaking noise from it seems the o/side front suspension the noise is also there when manoeuvring at low speeds.

Any possible ideas.

It could be a number of things, upper control arm bushes, antiroll bar bushes to name 2.

Only way to tell is either a pry bar exploration or get it on some shaker plates.

On my 2010 RX450, it was a collapsed strut turret bearing, requiring the whole strut/air bag assembly replacing at over £1200!

Any progress at all?

I have a similar sounding issue, most noticeable when turning the steering to almost full lock. As Johntechx said, I think it is a worn top mount bearing. It is possible to have them replaced rather than replacing the whole strut. Lexus rather unhelpfully do not sell the bearings as a separate part however.
