Had a faulty valve replaced just less than 2 years ago

Now the valve is faulty again and I have only travelled approx 4000 miles since the last unit was replaced

Could you elaborate a little more on the “faulty valve” 

Was it a genuine replacement and who fitted it?

Genuine replacement at 2.5 years old

After 4 visits to my lexus dealership

In the end I googled the fault of loosing boost pressure when pulling away or onto a motorway slip the car would purge the power on and off

My lexus dealership replaced the part under the warranty but now its faulty again just under 2yrs ago and only 4000 miles

The fault this time is a loud buzzing from the valve and the boost fluctuates when you put the turbo up on the f sport screen
