Current Gold Members' announcement regarding an update to the Halfords Discount Card

Halfords have recently updated their discount system and this has affected certain older discount cards which now have an expired barcode.
We are advising Gold Members who have an active membership and signed up before 1st March 2021 to contact us for an updated barcode.

Been struggling with this for over a year now. Card no longer accepted by Halfords. Managed to blah then up until recently. They are saying i need a new code that starts with a 7.

You say above to ”contact us” to solve this problem but how exactly do we do that? Who do we contact and how?

Either way, my discount card is no longer accepted as the barcode is not recognised by Halfords 😩 Help!!
