RECEIVING PHONE CALLS

Recommended Posts

At the risk of sounding a bit dense, has anyone had problems receiving calls? When I get a call and press the button to receive, it doesn't accept it but the call carries on ringing, forever! I have to stop and turn the car off then back on again to get rid of it. Driving me bonkers. Could it be a fault or is it something somple I am doing wrong? I am a bit of a technophobe by the way.

Hi Jim, I note the stated model year is a 2002. Is it using an aftermarket blue-tooth system to connect your phone?

Does it work okay if you make a call yourself and hang up the call correctly when the call is ended?

Sorry all!

New UX 250h bought in June this year.

Yes the word dense does apply-mea culpa.

I've moved it back to the UX forum 😀

In answer to your question, I've not experienced that in my wife's UX, and she hasn't complained about this either. Not sure you can be doing anything wrong - worth mentioning to your dealer to see if there is a firmware update available.

I am trying to nswer via the "accept" on the display and by pressing the phone symbol button on the steering wheel. Neither accept the call and it just rings and rings. Wondering if it's something with the phone itself though I thought the call would still end when the caller got fed up and cut the call?
