Hello people. I'm after some uprated suspension bushes - A full kit and if it includes the engine mount ones, even better. 

I plan to lower the car by about 30mm and she'll need new bushes as the ones she's currently sitting on, are worn.

If anyone's done something similar and could share their experience, that'd be great. Not looking to spend a fortune on them as I'm neither racing the car nor abusing it. Thanks.

Not sure if other bushes on the car can be uprated in this way, but the front lower control arm bushes can be swapped for IS-F items.

I'd personally be wary of opting for "race" type polyurethane items as they can introduce a ton of extra NVH.
