Skiled operator, I would have never thought to respond to an unhappy customer with a consipary theory. Hats off to him. Don't blame you for not wanting to deal with them again.

It very odd! Guess the person on the Facebook messenger was someone else as they were a lot more polite about it all.

They have a terrible history for bad customer service. Only in recent months did they come under fire for a racist comment made to a customer and one of the owners branded a racist. They seem to be one of those companies that sell good products, but God forbid you have a problem with an item, especially being based across the pond!
