Battery put in wrong now having electric problems

I all looking for some help the Battery was put in wrong into my Lexus IS 220D it’s a 2007 since this has happened some of my lights are not working the centre control panel radio has no lights at all the power steering isn’t working anyone any ideas what the problem could be

Fuses would be the obvious place to start looking, and get an obd2 code reader.

Probably blown the big main fuse. Although I don't know the 220D I'll hazard a guess that it's a long thing, maybe the whole length of the fuse box and will have a rating of about 180A.

If I'm right, the fuse box usually needs to come out to replace these because they're bolted in from the underside.

Only a guess.

Crikey, 180A? What is that protecting by blowing to stop *more than* 180A going elsewhere?
