Do UK LS600h have the same valve and switch setup in the exhaust as the USA models?

The Japanese models don’t but as it’s a $7k fix on USA models and tends to fail regularly.

I spoke with Lexus and they state that UK cars came from Japan, so it's likely that the 600 does not have this valve but they are checking with their technical team to confirm.
