TIS Techstream Online Problem

Hi All,

   I am new to this forum I purchased a 2007 IS250 back in December and have just signed up for the Toyota TIS I paid $20 (£15) for a 2 day pass and have verified my email but whenever I put in my username and password  I just get a page saying '' There was an error in the page you requested please contact administrator ''

 

Is anyone else having problems with TIS or encountered this before the link i am using is https://techinfo.toyota.com 

I wondered if it wasn't accessible via the UK so I tried a proxy and that gives the same issue.  

 

I would greatly appreciate any help or advice please.

Where did you sign up because the link you posted simply gives the error you describe.

For tech info I signed up with Lexus-tech.eu and have had no problems over the last 5-6yrs

I assumed this was the official Toyota / Lexus factory service manual directory as I had read about it alot on forums. does the link you provided also have all the factory service manuals ?

Thank you very much for your help Nemesis, By the looks of it I have signed up for the American TIS and actually the link you have provided is the one I actually should have signed up for.
