Please could anyone help me?. I have tried to transfer my contacts from my Iphone to my phone book. I have successfully added my phone and connected to Bluetooth however, each time I try to transfer my contacts, my Bluetooth hands free disconnects on my lphone, but the screen on my car still shows it’s under transfer. I’ve left my engine running for ages but nothing seems to happen and no contacts are transferred. There is nothing in the manual to suggest I’ve missed anything it seems quite simple. I read on the internet that I need a file transfer app first it this correct ?

Any suggestions? It’s been over a year since I’ve had my car and I’ve tried it multiple times, am I missing something?
