Aerial for my car

Hi,

I have a 2007 Lexus RX350. Noticed yesterday part of the aerial has gone missing. Where can I buy one from please?

Is it a whip type, a bee sting type or something else (photo?)?

To be honest I'm surprised it has an external aerial as my 2005 RX300 had it integrated into the rear window.

This is the rest of it. I've asked the seller if they are compatible before I buy it.

The only thing that strikes me is that that is obviously a female connector but I can't see a corresponding male thread on the part you linked to above.

Maybe something like this one that comes with adapters (and is also cheaper) may be a better bet.

Herbie I completely agree, in fact that's why I asked the seller. I think your option is a safer bet.

Herbie the antenna you suggested came just now, tried it with the middle sized adapter and it fits perfect. Not had time to test the radio but if it fits I'm sure it's good.

Thanks for saving me money as I suspect I might have had to pay import duty on it also.

I had a rx300 for a short period of time and enjoyed while driving. 

Your profile shows GS300 but you have a RX350 ?

Assuming it's just outdated and needs to be changed 😂🤣😅😀

@b4u2 sorry another senior moment, only had the car 3 months, updated now.
