Upgrade of MCU and DCU firmware - multimedia system components

Has any one any experience with updating MCU and DCU firmware (components or multimedia system in NX300). I see in lexus-tech website/service bulletin that latest versions were released in the end of 2021:

BE-00380L-TME Lexus Premium Navigation (MM19) - Software fixes for DCU (Panasonic) - Running Change 4 / Last update date 24/12/2021

BE-00192L-TME Lexus Premium Navigation (MM19) - Software fixes for MEU - Running Change 6 / Last update date 01/11/2021

Unfortunately with "owner" account I am not able to see the change notes and validate if these fixes are really needed or not.
