Odometer stuck / Trips resetting - IS 300h

Hey,

A non-UK 2013 IS 300h, non-F Sport owner here. Had the car for around 10-ish months now. Recently started experiencing my first real issue with the car. The odometer got stuck at 196 186 km (121 904 Miles) and both Trips, A and B, seem to be resetting every 0.4-0.8 km (0.2-0.5 Miles) back to zero, ad infinitum. The speedometer, average fuel, ABS, and other functions related to distance are seemingly working fine, just the odometer/trips that are resetting/not incrementing. Checked the instrument cluster, body module, and ABS for any fault codes and there were none. Currently have the car sitting in the garage with the Battery disconnected over night, hoping for an improvement in the morning.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Or does anyone have any clues where I can start investigating? Attached a video of it happening. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Any possibility of car being "clocked" in the past? I would check if anything is attached between wiring loom and the instrument cluster, there could be mile blocker device and you may have accidentally activated it by some sort of combination.

If that is not the case then I would say that instrument cluster is probably fault, but again suspicious fault if only the odometer is wrong and everything else works.
