Sat Nav Reset

[Night-Time]

Whilst happily driving along the other day I decided to set the destination for home. Instead of calculating the best route, considering I was about to detour around some heavy traffic, it told me I had not registered a HOME yet.

In fact, it seems to have forgotten all my presets and personalised stuff. Lost all the maintenance timings (except the service) and calendar entries.

I know it is too late to get them back, but has anyone else had this happen?

What might be causing it?

Oh dear . No idea what is causing it but hope it doesn't happen to me, I have every speed camera in Edin, the A68 and the A1 to Newcastle in mine with a chime!

How do you set the SatNav to chime at speed cameras.

When you drive past one hit the 'Mark' button. Then edit mark points and change logo to one 'with sounds' and bingo, as you approach the camera you get the DING DONG.
