Best Way To Sell My Is200 Sport

My Wife has decided that her IS200 is too big and fuel hungry for her and wants to down size to something a lot smaller and a lot cheaper.

What would be the best way to sell this car ?

Lexus Dealer,Private Sale or trade it in at the garage where we buy the new car ( the new car will cost less than the Lexus is worth )

Her car is a 03 Black IS200 Sport with no Sat nav or parking sensors. It has done 11000 miles and has just had its first service. Any estimate on price I should be looking for would be appreciated.
