Stupid Question - Group Buys

I am wondering how the "group buys" I have read posts about work? I am new to this site (still on my first tank of petrol in my IS200) so please excuse if this seems a stupid question. Items I am interested in...... Blus lights for head, dipped beam and front fogs Blue interion lights, map and dome Clear rear fog lamps Dash box Non smokers box :mat:
