A though has occurred to me after watching government advertising about the evils of going 5 MPH faster then the limit – were do the wrecked cars go?

To aid me in my current project if installing a computer in my Lexus LS400, I could use a cheap lexus touch-screen that I can completely disassemble to learn how it works.

Surely there are some junk yards witch have wrecked lexuses, that I can get the parts that I need, or had this market been cornered by used parts dealers?

the parts are probably scooped up before you can even say i'll have it........its like throwing a piece of meat between a pack of wild dogs....

The problem I have also found is that you see adverts for breakers with the car you are looking to get the parts for when you ring they don't even have the car.

I spent a good morning calling all the breakers who advertised in the Exchange and Mart and not one of them even had the car in stock. :tsktsk:
