Leave it Silver Craig, it will look loads better. I left mine silver, looks better that way, also will not chip if painted.

Also does this mean your motor is back on the road again.

yes m8 the car is back... there is a thread in general and update in gold..

Think i will go black as my other one was fine... its the actual surround that keeps chipping no matter how much paint and laquer i seen to use it still chips.. i may redo the frame and see if i can put some kind of film on it...

i know this sounds silly.. but why dont you hammerite it.... use hammerite smooth in black you will not get any chips!

the surround needs to be green to suit the car

Hi Craig

Grille looks just like mine, but I think the bigger mesh looks better, like on the sport grilles.

I have had no problems with chipping as I used a specialist etch primer that body shops use for painting chrome. I do have difficulty with getting all the bugs out of the mesh though!!.

Glad to hear the car is back.

Craig

Definitely with badge.

I replaced mine when I meshed my grille.

I like the TRD badge,

I have a couple myself but was not sure whether to fit them or not.

I think the bottom right hand side is best. I think someone has already noted this in an earlier post.

More than likely. Got mine from a guy in Canada.

Excellent srvice but he said I bought the last two.

I have seen others for sale.

I think the ones I have are from mid 90's to suit my mid 90's GS300
