O.K my local Lexus dealer which was McCarthy Cars has now changed hands(a few weeks ago) now im sure i have read on here somewhere that some Jemca run franchises are,shall we say not up to the right standards that we should expect from someone trading under the Lexus banner.

So my question is does anyone know anythng,good or bad about them.

I know about all of the above,im after good or negative feedback from people who have dealt with them as mine will be up for a service in the summer and if the comments are not good then i will be taking it elsewhere for a service.

Jemca on the Edgware Road sorted the body work out on my IS after its coming-together with a lorry. I thought they were first-rate but it was a pain in the bum they are so far from where I live (very inconsiderate of them!)

They bent over backwards to get me a loan car at short notice and kept me informed of the work they'd done. Even sorting out a job that wasn't the result of the accident. Very impressed with them.
