Where Can I Get This Fresh Air Panel Filter

Think 35 Euros is much to expensive. So is there an aftermarket filter which would fit?

Thinking about doing the filter element by myself. What could I use? A filter of an "vapor departure hood" (or whatever it is called) ?

You should be able to cut down a charcoal filter from a kitchen extractor fan.

That's fine for just removing bits from the air but it won't remove smells as the active charcoal contained within the filter will be used up/washed away.

last one i had from lexus was just a normal filter - no charcoal at all. sure the normal IS ones are just a plain filter know u can get the charcoal ones though

that makes sense as the charcoal one is shown as an accessory. Still at 35 Euro I would have thought that was the charcoal one. If you have the standard one then washing it will be fine.
