Service Almost Due

As you guys will remember (not) on my first post. I was going on about the milage reading.. link We'll its coming up for my next service (I think ) and my first MOT is almost due. I've been to a couple of places and asked if they can set my clock, and they all said in a nicer way "feck off you clocking git"... There's one on eBay, which has 4k on the clock, but thats wrong on the other side of the scale! and I don't want to knock £k's of my car cuz of a wrong reading!! help! What can I do!!
