Computer Help Required Plese

After approx an hour and a quarter my computer freezes and a message comes up saying "Windows is low on virtual memory" i then have to turn it off at the mains. If i have media player playing it happens quicker. Any ideas cos i am at the end of my tether?

buy some more Ram!!

also check if you have any programs running that are not supposed to be there, spyware etc, and goto windows update and get the latest patches and fixes

probably running out of disk space because there is not enough room to allocate a bigger swapfile

try creating a permanent swapfile about 3 times the size of your RAM.

Bit of house keeping in order, check your disk space and delete some crap, like temp files, temp internet files etc
