Grill Removal

Recommended Posts

Lift the bonnet up (Duh! :P )

Undo the screw in the centre of the grill

Give the plastic screw on either end of the grill a 1/4 turn and lift up (I used an old smooth knife covered in tape, to protect the paint)..... i bet £10 you break one! So be really gentle with them.

The bottom of the grill is hooked in so you'll need to push it quite hard inwards towards the engine. Or if your arms are skinny you maybe able to reach them

Job done

The plastic backing is fixed on with a few clips (obvious to see when you have it off)

:winky:

Removing the plastic bit behind the grill allows better cooling for the engine when towing.......according to Brink.

Doesnt it also add an extra HP or2 ?:blink::whistling:
