New B*w 6 Series

I seen loads of these new 6 series since last Sunday and every one makes me think: How boring!

When I heard they were gonna re-release it I thought they would have an open book to produce an amazing car! I walked through the airport car park (where there is currently 4 of them! 3 of 'em black!) with a couple of female colleagues and asked them for an opinion, they both said it looks like a Capri!!

The back is just a mass of metal and the interior is nothing special.

I'm sure the 4.5 litre engine goes like stink, but thats not everything!

What do you all think of it?

I like it though, it does seem that they got about 8 people to design different parts and then just mashed 'em together.

B- could do better :D

just doesnt have the grace of the old 6-series. did anyone see top gear on sunday. they did a shootout on the 6 series, porsche 911 and jag xk8 and all vouched for the xk8. personally i;d have the 911 over teh BMW.

you're right - they had a change to make a stunning car. instead they made it look like the 5/7 series and z4 all at once.

i think it does not have the traditional BMW-style.

Seem so many of these already, esp in the less desirable areas So didnt think they were that expensive....

It looks good in some shots but then in others it does look to much like the s and 7 series -- i used to love the old 6 series and still see some very clean examples they do look good B)
