OK,

Anyone with a modded IS/Altezza may want to keep the oil a bit cooler :whistling:

I'm looking to import some quality kits (aeroquip hoses etc) and am looking for expressions of interest.

Price is £120 plus VAT ish (sandwich plate/radiator/hoses/brackets etc)

Can confirm when numbers of kits are worked out.

Pics to follow

OK,

What I'll try and do is get one sent over for you to evaluate (at cost) this will enable everyone to make a judgement based on your unrivalled expertise....

Let me know if this is OK.

Dave

PS will forward pics on as soon as I get em

Think all s/c'd IS's should have them (sure Mark said oil temp was mariginal on them with prolonged hard driving in hot weather)

Would there be any benefit in fitting one of these to a standard motor?

If you tow a caravan, live in a hot country/hilly region then yes I'd say so. Or maybe do a lot of city driving where you get stuck in traffice jams .

To save you a bit of time, the Altezza sandwich plate does not fit the is200.

What if I've commisioned IS200 specific ones :ph34r:

Just trying to be helpful Dave. BTW it's possible to buy the sandwich plate already with internal thermostat, unless you are having them commissioned because it's cheaper. Either way an oil cooler is a mighty fine idea :)
