Crank Shaft Pulley

Hello can any one help

i Have a X Reg IS200 and i want to change the cam belt as it is coming up to the 100k

stripped it all down very easy i thought even taking the rad off

BUT how the hell do you get the crank shaft pully bolt undone as there is no way of locking the engine (or is their)

tried putting it in first gear but no joy also had the stone guard off the bottom and removed bolts around fly wheel housing thinking i might be able to lock the fly wheel, but no joy there

and it seems a bit bad that i have got this far but cannot get one bolt undone

i have the main dealer detail from the workshop manual

and the only SST tool shown is for pulling the pulley off

Not recommended but I've heard of people using a breaker bar with the handle on the ground, disconnecting the plugs and giving the starter a very quick turn.
