Water Coming In And Funny Wind Noise

On my is200 i seem to be getting droplets of water coming in from the front passager area. I notice this couple days ago since its been raining heavly recently. Also i seem to be getting a unusual wind noise when driving above 30mph. Has anyone else experience these problems and does any one have any ideas to reslove them. Thanks
