Navigator Probelm

I live in Sweden and bought an IS200 with navigator in Germany. The navigator system is the old cd-based one and now it turnes out that there is no maps for sweden on cd, only on dvd.

So, I have a useless navigator system in my new car:-(

Is it possibel to use some other aftermarket cd-map and put in the lexus navigator unit?

If I upgrade to a dvd-based system would I need to exchange the sceen and everything?

I hope someone has a smart and not too expensive solution to the problem...
