Yes.. But you will still need a video composite to RGB converter.

T.V tuner device outputs PAL/NTSC, so no issues there using the NAVTV adaptor.

Also the TV tuner advertised is PAL I which is what we use here in the U.K

Seems very cheap, hope the price does not reflect it's performance.

I think the reason they state so strongly that it is from London is because most of the similar stuff on eBay is shipped from Hong Kong
