Bonnet Lining

Recommended Posts

I want to change my washer jets. To remove the lining on the inside of the bonnet do the round fixture plugs just pull out?

TIA

No need to remove the lining. Slid something between top of bonnet and jet to push in the clip and it will pull off. Just keep hold of the pipe so it doesn't drop down through the hole.

Take your creditcard. Push it under the washerjet from front, than from rear and lift it up with the other hand (gently). It will clip off. Take care of the pipe.

Shahz,

I changed my washer jets yesterday and it literally took a couple of minutes. I used a small flat screwdriver wrapped in some cloth to prise the old ones out. As Phonedrome and Colin have said, make sure you keep hold of the pipe!

The new fan spray jets work a treat - a big thanks to Chris Shipley for sorting.

Cheers,

Sandeep
