I have received two courtesy calls ( to my answerphone ) this week from Lexus Worcester's parent group head office asking if I still own the car ( just 1 year old ) and do I need to get it serviced. Offered a 10% discount on the message.

I called Lexus Worcester today to check out the price of the service first and they quoted the price then said we will do it for ..... which was a bigger % discount without me asking for it.

So it's booked in a week tomorrow ....... must mention GOLD when I go in :winky:
