Hello - New Car And Mods...

Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum having got my IS200 SE a few months ago.

The time has come when I want to start adding a few things so I thought I'd ask a few questions. My shopping list is a follows:

1. Headlights - Thinking of adding some PIAA bulbs to brighten the lights up - anyone else done this or should I just go the whole hog and buy and HID kit?

2. Rear view mirror - I would like one of the auto-dipping ones - like the IS300 - can this be added to the IS200?

3. Tinted glass - I don't want the full gansta look, but as the car is granite sky some form of light smoking on the glass might look good - again are there any recommendations for this?

4. Stereo - I want to uprate the speakers - again does anyone know of good suppliers and any problems with this.

go for HIDs,, you wont regret it.. Prolex-Uk willbe offering a set..

i would think so.. although you would need to run power to it as there is an illuminated on/off switch..

you could either ask your local lexus dealer for the number of the tinters they use. (i did with my last one) or join gold and get a number and discount from there.

if your just replacing speakers then there are no problems that im aware off..
