I had this experience when my M3 SMG broke down on a regular basis..

I finally had it fixed at BMW under warranty which included a new gear box and clutch.. SOLD the car thereafter.. Missed it for 4 months and then brought another new one...

are you having to pay 4K because of the supercharger voided the warranty?

Still think youll be better off keeping the Lex after paying 4k on it... get your money back on it somehow...

Jokiningly you could rent it out to Hertz for a few months

Its looking thst way If I cant prove that it hasn't caused the engine failure, Its 4k I haven't got tho

I'd fight the warranty issue till the end Chris,after all its an aftermarket option open to all IS owners backed by TTE,are they saying European models have different engines???.....i think not!!!
