most likely I will give it a shot myself with a help in hand but if that fails then straight down to me mates garage :shifty: who funnily enuff works for FORD :nuke::ohmy:

As far as I know it's about 10-15mins job and easy to do :unsure::question: Isn't that right my Pro-Lex :P :question::question:

WD40 on the two bolts that hold it on.

good socket with long lever as they are tight....

something small & pointed to get the hangers out from the rubbers (more wd40 may help)

make sure you put the car up on decent axles stands so the whole car is supported.

Any instructions in how to do it :question: Would I need any zorst paste etc, etc.... :whistling:  :winky:

something small & pointed to get the hangers out from  the rubbers (more wd40 may help)

Its easy enough to do but aint got no time at the moment.....ive got access to air gun and ramps too...might have to put in on in the new year when i got some more spare time :rolleyes: errr yeah, like thats gonna happen when its sitting in front of me :lol::lol:
