Front Door Speakers

Hi all,

I have a 2001 IS200 Sport. The first thing, and only thing to have gone wrong in 2 years of ownership is the speaker in the front drivers side door.

If I use the fader/balance to cheick it certainly seems to have stopped working. Does anyone know how to get at it ? I want to check if the leads haven't come loose, if not, perhaps the speaker has blown.

Also, if it is the speaker, does the tweeter come off it, as that isn't working either ?

Where's the best place to get spares with out sky high prices ?
