Hi,

I'd be interested to know which dealers appear to offer the best discounts. I know of the broker site "drivethedeal", but are there any more like this and do you know of any dealers that can beat their prices ? I'm happy to buy from anywhere in the UK.

Try Jeremy Chilton at Lexus Hadleigh. I've always got a great discount and excellent service from him - 01702 420333. So good in fact - I've purchased 3 cars from him! Mention Neil Liddicott when you talk to him... you never know - I might get an even better deal when I trade mine in next!!

Just an update...I managed to get £2,800 off the OTR list price AND I got a good price for the part-ex. If anyone else is thinking of buying, just email ALL the dealers and see what comes back.

I ordered a RX300 SE with metallic paint:

If you email all the dealers you will get a good percentage of them keen to do a deal.

In particular, I found the following very keen - in no particular order:

Bristol

Plymouth

Twickenham

Oxford

Carlisle

Guildford

You would then need to squeeze an extra hundred pounds or so out of them - see who wants the order the most.
