SOUTHERN MEET 11TH DECEMBER

we are awaiting final numbers and will be booking on monday 18th oct

please see other thread for more details

without the final numbers we cannot book the hotel

obviously dont want too many rooms booked or even not enough

so once we have the final numbers we will decide on the hotel that can accomodate us best

likely area is Sevenoaks (5mins from the M25/A21 jct)

Don't think I can do this Steve, I'm away tomorrow night (works pissup), then in London Saturday night, then away Tuesday night next week, MK Thursday, and no idea what I'm doing after that but then it's xmas :(

We could always have a belated xmas do next year, don't need a reason really for a night down Notts ;)
