OMG what a bloody job to make the manifold pipes fit to the IS200 flange.... :yawn: :yack:

On Monday we will finish it.

We had to cut off the outside pipes, cut the middle pipes until the middle to bend them, and re-weld the outside pipes closer to the middle pipes..... :duh:

Once!!! And never again!!! :ph34r:

I will put Pics in here then..........

OK my dear UK-Mates........ I wish you a happy new year 2006, I hope we can see each other at JAE2006 :D and :driving: save. :winky:

OK here some pics of the bloody job. :yawn:

We started with trying to bend and ended with welding..... :sick:

Well we could bend the inner pipes.

The outside pipes we had to cut, grind and weld....

I really don't know why most people can see the pics and a few can't :crybaby:

Maybe you ask the Admin for a solution?!? :unsure:

Thanks marcus..... :) yes of course we got it, but I would have appreciated if it were a bit easier... :duh:

I don't reccomend to do that this way.... :yawn:

But with a nice turbo and the sorted heat shield it will look :zee: :blush: B)

  • 2 months later...

I've got one of these also, c/f looking one. Not been fitted yet though.

What are going to use to hold the gauges in place? As at the moment they just pop in but are loose as there is nothing to hold them in place.

@ad77

For the old :sick: gauge pod i used hot clue, which i will use again ont he new one.

It fixes pretty quick and you can remove it easy. :)

If you would use real Super Clue or something, you can waste the pod then. :crybaby:

@GALLA

It's from TRD and for 60mm gauges. :winky:

And :yawn: :tsktsk: :sick: :duh: :crying: expensive
