noisy glove box door

hi

i have a rattly noisy glove box door. but the noise is actually inside the glove box door. i brought it to lexus belfast but they didnt fix it :(:(:(

any ideas guys.

it is really annoying

the car i have is a gs300 se 2002

There's a TSB for this on Alldata - it involves placing some small round felt pads along the inside edges of the glovebox so that they are compressed when it is shut.

would you maybe able to get me a copy cause that glove box door is a pain in the bum. i cant prove to the lexus dealer that there is a rattle becuase when i went to him of course the glove box didnt rattle which was annoying.:(:(:(:(:(

I've emailed you something 0 but there are LOTS of TSBs on Alldata about this - Lexus should be well aware of the problem.
