Flashing Warning Lights/revs

my car developed new fault can anybody tell me a diagnosis.

first the idle has dropped to abut 650rpm and then when the revs below 600 all the warning symbols come on in the cluster.rev the engine a little and the y go away.but now they seem to come at any time (all of them).Then last night pulled up on the drive way and the rev counter went mad updown up down.

has anybody had this problem !!

Is it earthing!
