hi guys my car died on a journey last night.

The AA man seems to thing its the alternator.So i have put the Battery on charge and hope it was a weak Battery otherwise i am looking for a reconditioned alternator.Is there any help on how to get this out and also any idea how much it going to set me back.

Did you have a warning light on[ alternator not charging] or did the whole thing just drop dead?

The whole thing just died,but the needles went funny moments before knew something wrong.I have got the alternator out with great difficulty left it with a gagrage to test,does anyone know a how to change alternator site.
