its called armchair shopping ;)

we all sit down and over bid for things we dont need or want, then we pay more for them than they are sold in shops for

we then all sit and sell the same said items, hoping to make more money than we paid for them, and usually fail miserably

but it has a failsafe built in which enables sellers to charge exorbitant shipping charges, with the hope that the buyer doesnt notice untill he has placed a bid

failing this another little gem is then the addition of a 5% increase in price to cover any costs that the eBay banking service charges them
