Hi,

I'm half way through fitting an arm rest to my IS200. I have been following a link from Brett ( cheers Brett) about the removal of the centre console. To which i have managed successfully. The problem i have is how to remove the hinge from the old lid in the centre console. I have removed the actuall lid but cant seem to find how to remove the hinge. Does it have to remain?

Any help much appreciated..

Thanks,

Adie

take out the drinks tray. there's some plastic tabs that stop it coming out all the way.

then remove the screws to the metal work that held the rear drink holder in place

you should be able to see the what was holding in the hinge then
