I've never experienced worse customer service from any company in any line of business than what I was subjected to by O2. I'd never go back.

Well you get 300 texts free and wap internet free a month as long as you top up a tenner once a month and they normally give away free credit for just being a customer most of the times. Being a pay as you go sim card never really had to call customer services. So would never have really experienced what their customer service is like.

Does anyone have a spare one of these? I'm selling a phone on eBay at the moment and would like to help it along by providing a Pay As you Go sim if possible?

How does a network run out of sim packs?? What have they done? Cut the budget on a new cusotmer connections??
