Car Service

Morning All,

My car needs to have its 40K service so I phone Lexus and was told that this service will cost me £428 the 50K one is £160 and the 60K one is £675. So in the next few years my car will cost me £1,253! on servicing.

In march my car will be 4 years old so I'm wondering if it is really worth getting the lexus stamp on the service book as when I sell it the stamp doesn't put the value up by that much anyway.

So what I was thinking was taking it to a normall garage and just pay for a normall service and save my self about £800.

What do you think and what has everyone else done in the same situation?

Comments welcome

Thanks

Ray
