Last week I had my alloys replaced by my dealer due to the usual corrosion issues.

Ever since my RX has been vibrating through the streering wheel and throughout the car. Every bump seems more extreme and steering feels heavier.

I took the car back in to the garage and they acknoledged this issue and they balanced the wheels.

This has made it no better.

Could the new alloys be mishaped?

My tires are the same ones and the alloy is the same normal style.

The car is only months old.

Any thoughts?

I think a buckled wheel would show up on the balance machine, one may be oval though, but that too should show up. I had this happen on a nissan patrol once ,turned out to be a tyre, once it came off the old rim and was put on a new one (position changed on the rim)it caused terible vibrations, swapped tyres front to rear and found it stopped it, then moved them one at a time back to the front to find the culprit, changed the bad one problem solved. Took some hours of pi**ing around though. hope this helps
