Picked up my new motor on the 1st March from Lexus Stoke - must say that the service and level of care they provided was excellent, just little touches like flowers for my missus / champagne for me etc.

The car, I can only describe as a dream - superb to drive, huge amount of kit, looks great.

Hi Im new too! My Lexus experience at Oxford was equally good and they delivered mine 60 miles. A lovely car and off for a 200 miles round trip and I cant wait.

haha, when my dad bought his GS300 many moons ago, they gave him a bunch of flowers and a bottle of wine for my mum. Thats service for you hey.
