London To Brighton Bike Ride 2005

I've entered into the British Heart Foundation London to Brighton Bike Ride, I start at 09.00 from Clapham for the start of 54 Miles of Cycling up and down those hills , hopefully the car will be ready because I'll need a soft ride home and backside transplant from the 5 - 6 Hrs of Cycling.

Hopefully the weather will be nice and cool rather than baking'ly hot like last year, few sun-burn bold patches that year

There is a "Gift Aid" tick box that if ticked, will allow the tax from your donation to be re-claimed back, think the tax will be put to better use by the BHF.

Good luck Paul - I've done it 3 times and enjoyed it every time - sun is worse than rain after a couple of hours !!

Managed Ditchling Beacon last time - can't do it this year 'cos leg is still not fully fit - will be there next year though :)

How's the chant go "riders to the right / walkers to the left ..." !
